once again ra grace us earthlings another dope track...

Woke this morning, feeling kinda high, Damn time flies when you listening to some good music! I remember 10 wopping years ago ( damn i sound old...lol) when one of my favorite albums hit the shelves, " The Misdeducation of Lauryn Hill". I couldnt stop listening to it. it was in DEADLY rotation ( i guess thats why it wont play no more...lol). Damn i hope she cooking up another classic. COME ON wit it MS. HILL!
The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is a timeless trendsetter. We can listen today and still be inspired. That album was like therapy for the innercity, yet it became a permanent fixture in pop culture. We were all willing to go wherever lauryn took us musically. Lauryn Hill is a musical prophet. – Ezekiel "Zeke" Lewis of the Clutch (what yall young kids say? STAMP!?)

est ways for a lyricist to get across a message is through subtlety. When writing to get a point across, it’s tempting to be as blunt and straightforward about it as possible. Sometimes, this is necessary if you are trying to provoke a rise or simply piss people off. (2pac starting off “Hit em Up,” by saying “I fucked your bitch you fat motherfucker” is an example where subtlety probably couldn’t have improved the message.) But great writers know how to vary and disguise a message through word choice, or irony. And great writing can make the listener work for the message all the while making the experience more rewarding and meaningful.
"Let up the suicide doors
This is my life, homie, you decide yours
I know that Jesus died for us
But I couldn't tell you who decide wars
So I parallel double-parked that mother fucker sideways
Old folks talkin' 'bout "back in my day"
But homie this is my day
Class started two hours ago, "Oh, am I late?"
No, I already graduated
and you can live through anything
if Magic made it
They say I talk with so much emphasis
Ooh, they so sensitive
Don't ever fix your lips like collagen
To say somethin' where you gon' end up apolo-g-in'
Let me know if it's a problem then
Aiite man, holla then ...."
